Switching between proteins and carbs, fruits and vegetables will put your body into fat burning mode. It is also key that you eat a lot of small meals throughout the day to increase the effect. Taking a great multi- vitamin and drinking plenty of water can help the process also.

Another important element in fast weight loss is exercise. To lose weight and get healthy it is critical that you start a solid exercise program that you can stick to. Forget about the high impact exercise programs when you are just starting out. Like a weight loss program, if your exercise program is too hard to stick to you won’t be able to be successful.

It is possible to follow a program for fast weight loss and be successful. Just make sure that you do so under the supervision of your doctor. Be healthy and be safe.

    Here are a few tips;

    WHEN to eat for losing weight…

    • Eat (at least) three times a day.
    Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight… you must eat (the right things, of course)
    • Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
    • Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.
    OK, one apple after 18:00
    • Don't starve
    Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health.
    Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet.
    • Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast–eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.

    WHAT to drink for losing weight…

    • Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
    Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water!
    This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
    Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat". Beside being stupid… you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys.
    • Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
    Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions.
    I thought this was not possible for me to achieve. Now… I don't even LIKE them anymore!
    Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health…
    • Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.

    exercise for losing weight…

    • If you want quicker results – exercise would be good.
    But remember, you're not going to attend the Olympic Games! If you exercise a lot – you'll get very hungry… and you'll be tempted to eat more. Don't exagerate!
    Walking is fine (but not very slow…) for your body, and your spirit. Half an hour, or one hour /day – it's up to you.
    Get fit while you sit new workout program that's the laziest way to get in shape – works almost any place, anytime, anywhere… even while watching TV!
    • Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don't regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.
    • Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Weight training can also help you lose body fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more ability your system has to burn body fat.

    iknow if i loose weight it’ll lightn me on my ankles and knee’s.but i get into the workout it hurts my knees,iknow a workout supposed to hurt,no pain no gain,but it`s the OA,I tired of making that an excuse,im just asking for help.advice on will eating healthy and working out like a Senior person help loose weight and bring me back down to 200lbs or is the or is the power BOOTCAMP workout necessary,any advice will be apreciated,THANKS.

    (OA)OSTEO ARTHRITIS,i were dooing good before that.after srgry doc told me that I had knees of a 60yr old.note I were 23,im 30 now,well i need help,in my head I want to start little by lttle to start working out but everytime i strt by power walking then in 2weeks later im jogging,once the jogging takes place im in pain,i cant even squat down,then theres this left foot of mine that aéways,never fails,it gives out and takes like 2weeks to heel,anyways it discourages me everytime.

    hello there.I weigh 285lbs,and 6′1 30yrs old,i was always since childhood and ur completely rite,I spent alot of time blaming genetics and my parents cuz we were so poor we couldnt afford to eat healthy.we could barely afford food,lol.anyways when I were 23yrs,i was at 275lbs.and worked out extremly hard and was in a good eating diet as u showed,I went down to 210lbs best yrs of my life,i enjoyed it for like 2yrs then i got in this accident ar work.i needed surgery on both knees resulting

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

    disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
    your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
    bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
    to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

    Hmm I am really struggling :s
    so confused and angry :(
    I am at an ideal weight I have an BMI of 23.02 and i used to have a BMI of 27 which is ‘over weight’ but despite the fact that i am now at an average weight for a teenager of my height i just continue loosing weight and I can’t stop. I feel controlled by myself, i hate gaining weight, its become an obsession to loose weight and im scared of the long term effect that it might have on me. Being anorexic, i thought was never going to happen??

    weight loss that is too rapid is never a good idea. some people will tell you stop eating. that is a big no no and can lead to more problems than solutions.
    drink lots of water. that flushes out your system. stay active as much as you can. even something as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator. doing exercise with friends is always fun. go to the pool with a group of friends or something.
    laying off the junk always helps, too. I've been doing stuff like that for the past year and i'm almost down 2 dress sizes. it's slow and sometimes frustrating process but its a good feeling when your pants start to get big on you. good luck!

    This will probably not last for you, but if you have to do it fast, do this. I am assuming you have an event you have to tone down for, because I would not recommend the diet for a long term thing.

    First you cannot spot reduce, but you can tone certain areas.

    Stomache, lots of crunchies. If your out of shape, lie on your back with your legs on the couch pillows, put your hands behind your neck and bend up six inches. Repeat in sets of 10, working the numbers up until you can do 100, then do it with your legs on the floor with someone holding your feet down or stuck under the couch.

    For the butt …stair steps. Walk up and down the bottom two stairs in your house. Also lie on your front and lift your legs up straight backwards three inches at first and then increase the hight and reps. if you can't do this lie face down over the end of your couch or bed and lift one leg straight backwards at a time until you can do the floor version.
    Heel raise… stand straight up and lift your heals off the ground with your toes and rest of your feet on the floor, repeat ten times working up the reps.

    Diet, if you want to lose fast NO CARBS.
    No bread, bagels, pasta, potatoes, sugar or sweets.

    Eat plenty of eggs, meat, fish, cheese, nuts. Good white canned Tuna or good canned salmon mixed with Mayo and lots of pepper are good snacks. I do not hold with the "Atkins" no fruit or veggies, but make sure they are fresh and no sugar added. Also take Vitamin and mineral pills and drink water all day.

    Start to walk, slow at first, but increase until you can walk 2 1/2 miles in 30 minutes.

    Give yourself a rest every so often, but be firm with the food plan, it's the key to fast weight loss. Buy sugar free breath mints or gum, your breath will start to be bad, because you will be burning ketones. Splenda is a healthy sugar replacement. Not Aspertame or Nutra Sweet.
