Help answer the question about herbal weight loss

How long do you think it would take to get herbal weight loss pills out of my system?
When do you think it would be safe to bfing again? I was thinking if I pumped and dumped and tonight would make new milk it would be fine and bf tomorrow.

I thought for sure my 9mo. old was done, self weaned just like my other babies but she must have just been on a strike those few days. Bless you heart, she's teething and has a cold and was trying to nurse, grabing at my shirt, I was almost in tears.

So with thinking that she was done I broke out the herbal weight loss pills I have with the ingredients that KellyMom.com, a breastfeeding web site, states you SHOULDn't take. It didn't have the Ephedrine, just the others that they stated about. It was the new Metabolife.

Poor Bella, I hope I can bfing her soon. Even if it is for comfort I'm okay with that.

    The formula for losing weight is easy – eat less food and move more – the issues surface when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are loads of temptations in the big wide world aren't there?! The one thing that really showed results for me was green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it was highlighted in Reader's Digest and CNN. I shed 20 pounds, it really does produce results!

    There's a two-sided answer to this one.

    First, no supplement on it's own will make you lose weight… you have to have a good diet and exercise regiment to accompany it in order for any "diet supplement" to be effective.

    Second, there are several categories of weight loss supplements. Each one has their own area they help with and can in turn help certain categories of people lose weight. There are metabolism boosters, fat burners, energy products, body cleansers, colon cleansers, and a few others that border on those.
    Some people have a high enough metabolism, but need more energy to work out… some have enough energy, but need more metabolism… some need to clean out their system so their body can more efficiently burn the fat… and the list goes on.

    The rats are jumping ship.

    CHEMRISK – a research company hired by the Corn Refiners has recently taken down it’s YouTube page.

    The removal was in response to negative public perception resulting from the high-fructose corn syrup ad campaign. Apparently it has become a liability to defend the sweetener.

    Sterolyn has brought my triglycerides down to 145 mg/dl and my LDL down to 95 mg/dl! My doctor calls me “the freak of nature,” haha. I plan to keep taking this forever. And hey, I’m enjoying my free subscription to Fitness magazine, it’s part of an overall lifestyle change.

    yes! herbal tea – (green tea, white tea, oolong/red tea) all contains polyphenols which have a range of benefits. you can get green tea which has been oxidised, black tea, completely oxidised, oolong/red tea which is semi-oxidised or white tea, unoxidised. the difference is that oxidation causes stronger concentrations of caffiene which stimulate the metabolism and therefore you lose weight.

    however, unoxidised or less oxidised tea, if you drink it before you eat, causes your insulin levels to rise which burns fat. also, drinking any sort of chinese/japanese herbal tea 15 minutes before eating increases energy expenditure 10%. if you drink tea immediately after eating, you burn an extra 10% of fats. also, note that green tea has only 4 calories per cup!

    Also, it is believed that the polyphenols in tea seem to aid in the digestion of fat, truly making it a Chinese diet tea.

    also, Japanese researchers claim if you drink five cups of green tea a day, you'll burn 70 to 80 extra calories. Dr. Nicholas Perricone, an anti-aging specialist, appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show and told Oprah's viewers they can lose 10 lbs. in 6 weeks drinking green tea instead of coffee

    not to mention herbal tea has a wide range of health benefits – i.e women drinking 4-6 cups a day have 46% less chance of getting ovarian cancer, it's an anti-aging substance – notice how women in asia have beautiful skin and look years younger?

    green tea burns up calories and stimulates your metabolism, provided of course, you don't add any sugar or milk or whatever. if you want green tea to work, you need to drink 4-6 cups a day and you should see results not only in your weight, but your overall body. green tea is a natural relaxer and it also helps clear your skin!

    also, herbal tea is a natural laxative. personally, i went from 46 kilos (im 5"1) to 39 kilos drinking 6 cups a day for a few months b/c herbal tea supresses your appetite.

    The problem with loosing weight fast is that people generally will not do it in a healthy manner, also people will do it so fast that it has a negative affect. I know nothing about the affectiveness of pills, but I do know that if you stop eating junkfood, replace whole milk with skim/low-fat milk (do the same with orange juice and other high-calorie juices) , not drink carbonated drinks, and eat till your full (not stuffed), and you will start loosing weight (I have lost 20 pounds just doing this), but if you add 30+ mins of cardiovascular exercises then you will loose weight in no time. (well a month or so), but this would be the healthy way, in my eyes.

    Exercise and Diet. Sorry, but there are no magic pills out there. As much as I've looked I would have found them by now. And take heart—you can lose weight. You can do it! I believe in you with all my heart! I'm getting ready to start doing Mari Winsor Pilates. So, we can both do this okay? Yeah!!!

    Eat meals that consist of a balance of proteins, complex carbohydrates, and some fat. By eating balanced meals you get more steady blood sugar levels and the ability to burn stored body fat for long-term weight loss. Eat mainly plant proteins, such as nut, seeds, and grains.

    Eat fresh fruits and an abundance of raw vegetables. Have one meal each day that consists entirely of vegetables and fruits. Use more low calorie vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, green beans, kale, lettuce, onions, radishes, spinach, and turnips. Eat more of the low calorie, low-carbohydrate fruits including, apples, cantaloupe, grapefruit, strawberries, and watermelon.
