Junk foods are mainly fatty for cheese, they will add some extra fatty tissues to your body so, just avoid junk food. Instead of eating chocolate or burger, you can eat natural fruits to meet your hunger. This means that if you want a snack, you should grab an apple or an orange instead of a chocolate bar or a bag of chips. With candy and other sweets being high in calories, you may see a significant decrease in your calorie consumption by eliminating them from your diet.

Taking physical exercise is another helpful way to lose weight fast. Lazy people always face over-weight problem, because of avoiding physical exercise. There are many types of physical exercise. You can find the way of doing these physical exercises searching through internet. Even if you cannot spend enough time to do this just have some walk daily for one or two hours. It would also help you to eliminate some extra weight.

Usually we have seven or eight pounds additional heaviness stored in our body.     you should try the Atkins Diet. like any diet you will drop a lot of weight the first week from water but it is a easy diet to follow and it really works for me. Good luck to you.

    I've studied so much on diet, and health, and I've also lost lots of weight, and I've followed these tips for a good while, and they really help to speed up the weight loss process! I now am a size 4!! Try it for yourself if you'd like:
    1.) Drink ice cold water fast! Ice cold water makes your body burn fat to heat the ice cold water back up to body temp.
    2.) Eat peppered beef jerky! The spices in the beef jerky, can actually speed up your metabolic rate…And also, there's A LOT of protein in beef jerky, which really helps suppress your appetite!!
    3.) Kill your cravings! Foods that kill cravings: veggies (raw, preferably), fruits, water, and like I just mentioned…Incorporate lots of protein-enriched foods, like fish, lean meats: chicken (no skin), turkey, and protein bars…Try a brand called, "Pure Protein"…there's 20grams of protein in 1 bar!
    4.) Drink green tea! This tea helps to increase your metabolism to burn more fat!! You can drink it cold/bottled, or hot.
    5.) Limit carbs! This is an EMERGENCY weight loss trick. If you stop eating carbs. (or limit them) you'll lose an extra 5lbs. or more really quick by burning up all the stored carbs in your body…This is a trick not many people know about, but I've learned from my personal trainer! However, don't stop eating them for the long-term basis, as complex carbs. help to fuel your body, and provide energy! Just limit them.
    6.) Exercise in the morning! Do about 30-60 minutes of aerobic activity…If you have the time…do an hour. The reason for working out first thing in the morning–is that your stomach is pretty empty from the night before, so your body is actually forced to feed off the stored fat in your body for energy!
    7.) Get in the habit of walking for 10 minutes after you eat! Your body burns the calories to digest the foods you eat, and if you walk for 10 minutes after you eat, you will increase the amount of calories you burn during digestion! Plus, if you eat 3 times a day…and you walk 10minutes after you eat each time…There's 30minutes of exercise right there!

    There is no such thing as "quick, fast and easy" when it comes to weight loss. Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we've known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.

    Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

    Make a few additional small changes – walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.

    Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can't get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one.

    In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.

    Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate – in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don't. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies.

    Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day.

    Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

    Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.

    An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.

    no, trust me… you don't want to lose weight by taking supplements. If you ever see a commercial for weight loss supplements they are very expensive and the average weight loss that was measured in the study is around 3-4 pounds in 8 weeks… Not very much.

    If you really want to lose weight, eat around 4 Small meals a day and 2 small snacks a day. this will keep your metabolism up and help you burn calories. Make sure your foods are coming from good sources (NOT granulated sugars or saturated fats). and keep your calorie intake to about 1200 calories per day… Along with this you should have around 30 min to an hour of continuous exercise per day (walking, jogging, biking, swimming, playing a sport etc.)

    you should be drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day & 5 fresh fruits & 5 fresh vegi's a day & women should be eating about 1500-1800 calories a day & men 1800 – 2500 a day.

    i use to weigh 148 pounds and im 12 now ime 113 and im at the normal weigh of people my age
