For years weight loss seekers have attempted to spot reduce their trouble spots and lose fat from just one part of their body. For years the educated health professionals have been telling these same people that this weight loss tip of spot reducing is a myth and that we can’t just pick and choose where we want fat to come off from and when.
You see the body is a mechanism that focuses on survival. The body isn’t going to do things that threaten its existence. This means for starters the body doesn’t like to get rid of fat to begin with. Fat is a protective compound that the body can rely on for calories when desperately needed. Just like if you live in a hurricane prone area you most likely stockpile essentials to survive on if needed to do so. Fat is the body’s essentials. Now your objective is to shed the fat because you mind tells you that you will always feed your body and never starve it so you don’t need that extra fat hanging around. It now becomes a tug and war between your mind and your body to determine what happens with your extra fat.
Here is your weight loss tip: Your body will give up that extra fat if you follow the proper principles of good nutrition and the right exercise. Your mind and your efforts will have defeated your body’s willingness to hold onto that fat. Though your body does have control over where that fat is going to disappear from. Your body tends to shed fat from areas that hold the least amount. Your body also seems for many people to be pre-disposed to hanging on to fat around the mid-section for a longer period of time.
This is why you will see many times you lose fat in your neck, face, legs, etc much faster than from your waist or midsection area. Each person is different in how they lose their extra fat and from where so don’t think that if you don’t lose fat like this that something is wrong. I have seen dozens of different ways in which fat comes off.
The fat in your face is usually one of the first places to lose fat as I have seen with many of my clients. This brings us back to the exercises to lose facial fat. Regardless of whether or not slapping the bottom part of your chin or smiling repetitively for a length of time works or not the fact remains that if the fat is still there the exercises will do nothing.
These exercises don’t burn fat specifically from your face. They don’t even burn any significant calories. All they can possibly do and this is debatable, is they might tighten the skin so that you appear thinner in the face. The fat is still there. So to say you can do facial exercises to lose facial fat is a lie, myth or whatever you want to call it. It just simply isn’t true.
Another proven weight loss tip: To permanently lose the facial fat you need to burn calories and burn more than what you eat. You accomplish this by following sound nutrition fat loss principles and partake in a fat loss exercise program. Don’t fall for the latest weight loss tips or gimmicks that promote miraculous weight loss or spot reduction of fat. You will just be wasting your time and creating frustration and anger.
Instead focus on what works and in a short time you will see fat shedding not only off your face, but from your entire body.

WHAT to eat for losing weight
• Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially NC (negative calorie) food.
* Print these lists. They will be your … "Bible", from now on !
* Dill and parsely – include them in all your salads. Also ognion + garlic.
* Try eat mostly fresh vegs & fruits (whenever possible, of course)

• Eat fish, chicken, beef, pork. (preferences are in this order)
* If you are a vegetarian, then ignore this!
* Avoid fat meat
• Eat 2-3 slices of bread/day. Don't EVER exclude bread from your diet!
• Snacks between meals (if needed): apples, oranges, grepfruits and other NC fruits
* Don't cheat … NO cookies, chips, candies, brownies etc!
* EVEN if they have "low fat" indication… They might have low fat, yet they can have lots of CALORIES !!!
• About rice, potatoes, beans, [xxx]nuts, pastry, pasta… you know!
* Don't eat too much of those, at least during the first weeks of the diet. I'm not a low carb addict, but I've noticed weight gains if consuming those in large quantities, especially when associated with other foods.
* If you like them a lot, try and eat them like one meal. A nice delicious plate of spaghetti could be your lunch (never dinner!), followed by a nice big apple. These rich starch foods are not good for dinner!
* At dinner time, chose mainly large mixed veggies salads… with fish, lean meat or cheese (if you are not a vegetarian).
if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs
1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.
2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle "burn". A gym is also an option, but I don't know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.
3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.
4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.
That is a good place to start… if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you… if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer
Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hours
the most important thing is you don't lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you want

well dance is an awsome exercise so losing some weight is realistic to expect especially if you are playing everyday…….. but to answer how much , how fast that will vary some people lose fast some slow.. but a good cardio exercise is at least 30 minutes so playing for 30 or more would probalby help….

There is no guarantee. Diet and exercise is the only sure fire way to effectively lose weight and keep it off.
Here's another diet,, but no counting of calories or carbs or fats or strict rules.
Just these:
) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
5) Do an exercise that you like.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.
