General information about Xenical weight loss medication

  • Dosage

One Xenical capsule (120mg) is to be conveniently taken with each main meal three times a day. Do not increase the dosage thinking it will yield fast results. Should your meal contain less fat, then Xenical will be of little benefit, but not harmful. If however, your meal contains no fat, do not take this weight loss medication. Under no circumstances take more than three Xenical capsules per day. If you forget to take a dose, simply continue as usual and take Xenical capsule with your next main meal.

Shakes – when mixed properly are wonderful – Chocolate is my first choice, however vanilla is a nice change of pace.
Yes it's worth the money – my biggest expense was replacing my wardrobe as I went from a 18/20 to a 8/10 LOL!

The Alli pill is about 1/2 the strength of the prescription weight loss pill that doesnt work. And it costs alot of money to. I used a plan called Shapeworks, which showed me how to eat, and I lost 95 lbs in 8 months using it, kept it off for over 5 1/2 years now. If you are going to spend money on something, Shapeworks would be worth the money for you to check out.

The pills are worthless. The only thing that helped even a little is the drink mix does seem to help suppress appetite, but only for a very short time.

You're better off with a healthy, low-calorie diet and exercise. Log everything you eat. I lost 70 pounds by doing this.

A program?? I don't think diet pills are the most effective. What worked best for me was the Biggest Loser diet. It sounds dumb and it's really not for very overweight people, but for anyone. I picked up the book.. It has lots of inspiration and it's honest, it helps you change your lifestye (to exercise each day, think positively about yourself, and eat small, healthy meals often throughout the day to boost your metabolism.) It also has lots of recipes (And you can buy the cookbook). When the show is on, it's also very inspiring. That's what worked for me!
