
In recent years I have been tense in the game of weight loss and motivation has never been a factor that counts. Encourage weight loss was so far from my mind. But to justify my weight loss, I have been on a big dipper up and down weight lose and weight gain. It was only recently that I realized that I postulated motivation to succeed in my quest to lose unwanted weight. Since I detected what was omitting in my mission to lose weight and wanted me to have discovered this long ago.
As usual, I decided to lose weight in 2008. I do not know what or how I could approach this feat he had decided to lose weight for years without success. In early 2008, had a meeting with the doctor led to a shattering disclosure. I was overweight! (Yeah right) was about 80 kg overweight! Feeling is a feeling of fear, anger, imprint, and the list continues.
Three days after the appointment with my doctor made me – I lost 80 pounds in 2008 in one direction or another. Do not know yet how I’d do. Then my thoughts went to something I had never thought of before. I began fast and my motivating to lose weight has been found!
I lost five pounds during my 5 days of fasting and I lost one to one and one half pound each week since my start. The start motivated me to lose 80 pounds quickly and gave me the energy to cope. I will gain my goal by December 2008.
I am not seeing for any specified diet program because I lost the taste too much food I ate before my start. My speed has helped me learn to eat healthy. Healthy diet helps me lose weight. I eat a low Glycemic Index (GI) so that I can. I stopped eating and void “empty” calories. I added yields and vegetables to my diet. But I put the fruit in my diet; I would have suffered from the weakness that often accompanies a diet plan.
Several reasons forbade me to lose weight. One reason is the weakness that followed the diet after a short period. Another reason was that he had envenomed my mind to wonder if he does not eat, I have terrible headaches. Of course, whenever I tried to lose weight, I would get a severe migraine. In addition, I always tried to lose weight, I’m so nervous. All these situations are common if I tried to lose weight and I know they are only excused.
I was motivated to lose weight, be motivated to eat healthy and motivated to include fruit in my diet weight loss. From everything I have learned the rewards are the top source of energy. I stopped drinking dieting Cola and drank water. Before finding the weight loss motivating, I only drink 2 glasses of water per week whenever I drank water in the least. I like to drink diet Coke.

try the natural way. when you get up in the morning first brush you teeth and then drink a glass of water. for breakfast have an orange and a slice of wheat toast. any kind of fruit is fine actually. then if you still feel hungry drink a glass of water or green tea. give up the snacks in between meals. but if have to have something, freeze grapes and then just suck on them. for lunch have a salad and a SMALL treat of what ever. for dinner have a baked piece of chicken or baked fish. Keep the red meats to a minimum. ie.. beef, pork etc.
and no eating after 6 p.m.

Personally…its knowing that I want to be tone and have my body look more fit. This is what gets my butt do to cardio and stop snacking.
I know people who have a reward system, a "reachable goal" like your friend, the simple fact that they want to be healthier. There are plenty of motivations, you just have to find what works for you.

It takes -3500 calories to loose a pound, which means you need to both burn calories by working out & take less calories in by eating in order to loose weight.
Eat fruits & veggies of course. It’s typical to eat a small breakfast and a big dinner, but my health teacher said you actually want to do the opposite. And never skip breakfast, it helps you loose weight. I stopped drinking pop and lost 50 pounds in 1 year!! Don’t drink juice. You’d think fruit juice is good for you, but its not. It has alot of sugar and extra calories. People say dont eat carbs’ not true, 60% of your diet is supposed to be from some type of carbs… just make sure you eat whole grain or whole wheat bread. And drink only skim milk, all others aren’t so great for you. Just watch what you eat and pay attention to nutrition labels!
Make sure you do some weight bearing activities along with cardio, it’ll help build muscle and burn fat! If you cant buy a gym membership try going for a walk or run outside, doing jumping jacks, jump rope, running up & down your stairs, lifting weights, doings situps & pushups.. those are just some ideas that’ll help!
